| If you guessed me, cheerio, mate, you're dead-on. In gym, we have to play 'pickle ball' and we hit these little balls with huge solid wood paddles...
and my friend was pretending to hit me, only she actually did, really hard, square in the temple. It didn't hurt at first, just made this horrible solid squish noise. Hard to describe, but it was loud. Everyone in my gym class turned to look. and then it hurt. It swelled up and is now black and blue and red. eww. I wandered around school with an ice pack for a while, telling my sad story, till I was sent home. doctor says I'm concussed, but I'll be fine. made my day interesting, at least
